Booking Policy To ensure the best experience and secure your spot, we ask that all clients adhere to the following booking guidelines: 1. Booking & Deposit All projects require a **non-refundable deposit** to secure your booking. The deposit is deducted from your total service fee, and applies directly to the cost of the services provided. - The deposit must be paid at the time of booking to confirm your project. - The deposit amount is specified at the time of booking and may vary depending on the service. 2. Service Confirmation Once your deposit is received, we will send a confirmation email detailing the services you’ve selected, timelines, and any additional requirements. 3. **Cancellations & Rescheduling** - **Cancellations:** If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least **48 hours before your scheduled appointment**. Deposits are non-refundable, but we will offer **credit toward future services** if you cancel within the required timeframe. - **Rescheduling:** If you need to reschedule, we ask that you do so at least **48 hours in advance**. If rescheduling occurs after this window, a **new deposit** may be required to secure your new date. 4. **Final Payment** The **final payment is due after your consultation and upon your agreement** to move forward with the project. Once the balance is received, we will begin work on your project. - Full payment must be received before any design or production starts. - If the balance is not paid prior to the start of work, the project will be delayed until full payment is made. 5. **Project Scope & Changes** Any changes to the original project scope after work has started may result in additional charges.
