Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy To ensure the best experience and secure your spot, we ask that all clients adhere to the following booking guidelines: 1. Booking & Deposit All projects require a **non-refundable deposit** to secure your booking. The deposit is deducted from your total service fee, and applies directly to the cost of the services provided. - The deposit must be paid at the time of booking to confirm your project. - The deposit amount is specified at the time of booking and may vary depending on the service. 2. Service Confirmation Once your deposit is received, we will send a confirmation email detailing the services you’ve selected, timelines, and any additional requirements. 3. **Cancellations & Rescheduling** - **Cancellations:** If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least **48 hours before your scheduled appointment**. Deposits are non-refundable, but we will offer **credit toward future services** if you cancel within the required timeframe. - **Rescheduling:** If you need to reschedule, we ask that you do so at least **48 hours in advance**. If rescheduling occurs after this window, a **new deposit** may be required to secure your new date. 4. **Final Payment** The **final payment is due after your consultation and upon your agreement** to move forward with the project. Once the balance is received, we will begin work on your project. - Full payment must be received before any design or production starts. - If the balance is not paid prior to the start of work, the project will be delayed until full payment is made. 5. **Project Scope & Changes** Any changes to the original project scope after work has started may result in additional charges. We will provide an updated quote if necessary. By booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
